Why Start a Blog?

This is something I have been asking myself for a while.  Who would want to read it?  What would I say?  What would be my theme?  These are all questions I have asked myself time and time again and haven't necessarily come to any realization except that I love to write, I love to run and workout, and I love to read about other blogger's days and ideas!  I have taken many suggestions for other bloggers' sites and incorporated them into my daily life whether it be Peanut Butter Fingers' Overnight Oats recipes or Nutrition Nut on the Run's 10 minute Plank and Push Up Workout- I find reading several blogs a week allows me to change up my routines and keep my healthy, active life interesting while keeping my busy, crazy life streamlined by allowing me access to great ideas that make sense!  I hope that by reading my blog I can inspire someone else to vary their morning meal or try a new and interesting type of workout and I hope to share all that I have learned through my successes and failures but mostly I hope to entertain you! So get out there, try something new and share your experiences!
